Many people can? play the piano for popular music, hymn or even kid? song though they had ever learned it. The main reason of it seems that the teaching method is not so good. Most of piano teachers would try to teach to play the classical music, it is too much difficult and required high finger technique. Another reason it is easy for you, all explanation for chords, arpeggio and improvisation will be based in C Major scale and C chord because all you need to is only moving from C scale and chord to another scale and chord if you understand all of it that you will have learned. If you don? understand it, you might not use harmony and scales where you want to play and have application for the music. All of explanation in this book is based on C chord and C scale on C key signature, so it will be very easy and convenient for you to understand. Just move it to other key signature.
